NW Dance Project holds exceptional classes for adults in a variety of styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, as well as a number of fitness classes. All are welcome. Classes are taught by a variety of instructors and coaches with years of professional experience in their dance disciplines. For beginners, classes are a fun way to get fit while gaining dance experience. For more experienced dancers, classes are more technical, advanced, and challenging.
COVID SAFETY & REQUIREMENTS: All dancers 5+ must provide proof of being fully vaccinated before taking class. All dancers 12+ must provide proof of being fully vaccinated and boosted (within 6 months of second, regular dose). All individuals are required to wear masks while in the building. N95/KN95 masks are highly encouraged. Face shields, gators, bandanas, etc. are not acceptable. All staff and teachers are fully vaccinated and boosted. Everyone must use supplied hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands immediately up entry into the building. Strict sanitation and sterilization protocols remain in place. Please bring or email YOUR VACCINATION RECORD. We will notate your status on your StudioWorks account. We will not keep any photograph or physical documentation of your vaccine records. Please bring a water bottle. No black-soled shoes. OUR STUDIO-SPECIFIC FRESH-AIR HVAC SYSTEMS ARE COVID-COMPLIANT AND SERVICED REGULARLY. We are thrilled that you can join us for drop-in dance classes in the studio! SCHEDULE + REGISTRATION HERE SAVE over drop-in rate ($20 per class) with a flexible class card (10 classes in 3 months for just $165). All classes are running in the studio (only – no virtual classes anymore) with limited capacity with all dancers and instructors wearing masks (N95/KN95 encouraged). We are recommending students sign-up 24 hours in advance. As our in-person class sizes are reduced for the safety of our students, there will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges for participants who do not attend class.
Ballet Class Attire: Comfortable form-fitting athletic dance wear (leotard, sport Ts, tights, shorts, etc.). Long hair pulled back or clipped. All dancers should wear ballet slippers (non-black in color).
Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Rock Your Body, Yoga and Core Balance: Dance, yoga or athletic wear. Bare feet, socks or ballet slippers appropriate. No Dark-Soled Shoes.
